As soon as the words left Davey's mouth, hundreds of tentacles broke free from the cracks that suddenly appeared on the ground.

The tentacles immediately grabbed the Awakened and threw them one by one into the air. But even if these people had awakened their powers, if they were thrown to such heights, the outcome of their fall would be very, very obvious.
