Greatest Streamer System

Chapter 425 – A Bang Start!

"Morning."

"Good morning!"

"I can’t wait for the concert! Hey, are you excited too?"

"Of course! This is White Lily’s first concert ever! It’s been 2 years since she was active and has gathered more than 3 million subscribers and more than 10 million followers! I heard the ticket was sold out in less than an hour. I am lucky to be able to secure one for myself."

"Right? I was lucky too."

Many audience memberss appeared one by one in their designated seats. Some grouped with their friends while some talked with the fellow fans they saw beside them. The empty seat was filled one by one with a flash of blue light.

People who watched from the livestream had made themselves comfortable in their own Lobby.

A group of friends and the community rented a public Lobby to watch together. It was allowed. Because each person would only be able to watch if they had a ticket. If they didn’t have one, all they could see was a black screen without any sound.

The stage in the middle was still dark. No one could see anything. It wouldn’t light up until 9 AM today, which was still 30 minutes away.

While the audience was waiting for the concert, the backstage was in chaos.

"Fuckers! MOVE MOVE MOVE! This is important. Make everything right once again. If we fail or make a mistake, our career is done! DONE, you hear me?

More than half a million people will blame us if even the light is in the incorrect position!"

"Sound check! ALL OKAY! Nothing strange. White Lily’s voice can be heard clearly. Zaza-P, please check once again."

"Alright~ This is pretty good. We will change the sound setting after the third song, and make it mellow. Then at the seventh song, make it stronger. And increase the bass for the last duet. Got it?"

"Yes!" The staff responsible for the sound system answered.

Max stood with Ferin on the side, looking at his clothes. He wore a suit and looked pretty professional while Ferin was wearing a pretty neat dress, which didn’t stand out greatly. It fit her, but that was it. Considering she wasn’t the main character this time, it was perfect for her.

"Fufufu, they are scrambling around. Look at them go, hahaha."

Ferin enjoyed the chaos and laughed.

"It reminds me of a fashion show. They will always be this chaotic. Ah, good days. I stopped doing it after I met At, though. It’s too much work."

"Well, that’s true."

And being a fashion model on the runway required something that made people embarrassed.

’I heard they have to change in front of many people. If that’s true, then I understand why Ferin stopped doing that after meeting At. She wanted to appreciate her boyfriend.’

Talking about the guy, he was currently talking with Peter regarding something important, the one that required Max to join too. But he was already briefed before, so he knew roughly what they talked about.

"What are you watching?" Ferin asked as she peered at the corner where At and Peter were talking. "Oh, is it about that?"

"Hmm, I think they are gay." Max nodded, joking around. That was his intention, but he got a kick on the shin by the platinum-haired girl next to him.

Thud!

"Ouch, that hurt, Ferin. I set my pain sensitivity at 80%, remember?"

"Did I do something?" She smiled wide, but her eyes didn’t.

Maybe a gay joke wasn’t something she liked? Max would remember that.

"Nothing." He shook his head.

He turned his gaze away and looked around. The star of this concert couldn’t be seen. She was preparing herself in a private room. Max believed in her, though. She would do her best.

Before long…

"It’s time."

Peter approached them while holding a microphone.

Max nodded and took out a similar microphone from his inventory, a black one, while Ferin was holding a white one. They walked to the stage and took the middle part. For them, the stage was already very bright, so they could walk without a problem.

The staff was busy in front of the stage. They couldn’t be seen by the audiences, one of the few advantages of holding a concert in a VR world.

Raising her mic, Ferin waited for the staff’s sign to start the concert. The one responsible for the sign was an old director. He was Princess Peach’s director and the one who helped her concert before.

As an experienced veteran, he knew when to start the concert.

"Light off!" He spoke softly, but his words were carried to everyone thanks to the system.

Boom!

A small explosion rang as the light around the spectator seats dimmed. The murmurs that could be heard from earlier turned into silence at once. No one said anything, and their attention was focused on the stage.

Suddenly…

"Light on!"

Bam!

All lights around the stage turned on.

"Ladies and Gentlemen!"

The previously dark stage was lit. Ferin’s voice was booming through the concert venue. Many people shrieked after noticing her and two handsome men standing on the stage.

"Thank you for coming! Hahaha, there are so many people. I am so excited."

"Me too." Max stepped forward and spoke, continuing Ferin’s words. "I have never expected myself to stand on a grand stage like this, even though I am just here to fill someone’s role, hahaha!"

"Don’t mind, Breeze. The important part is that we’re here, in White Lily’s first-ever concert, Moonlight Spectre!" Peter exclaimed loudly and applause rang from the spectator seats. n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om

After waiting for a while, the handsome heir of Spencer Company continued.

"It’s been… 2 years? Since White Lily’s first appearance. I never thought that she would stand on a stage like this one day. Everything starts just by a simple whim, from the advice of a best friend. Remembering that, this person seems to be responsible for White Lily’s birth."

"Yaa~ You can say thanks to me by giving me money, StoneSword. I accept it!" Ferin said playfully.

"Yes, the idiot you see right now is the one who gave my sister advice to start singing."

"Hey, I am not an idiot!" The girl retorted but was ignored.

"And the man on the far right is the one giving her courage to show herself and hold a concert, Breeze."

"I didn’t do much. It’s all just Lily’s own power." Max responded with a soft smile.

"How humble." Both Peter and Ferin said simultaneously.

"I am indeed the most humble person ever lived." Max nodded.
