Those Demon Tribe members laying siege to the city watched as the Golden Serpent disappeared into the distance, filled with indescribable emotions. They struggled in their siege hoping one day to enter this human Spirit City.

Yet now, this Golden Serpent could freely enter and exit the human Spirit City. Although they were both from the Demon Tribe, the difference was staggering.

Moving at great speeds in his Dragon form, Lin Yi took about ten days to approach the Big Monster City, with the Fox Hill Base of the Fox Clan visible ahead.

Yet, Lin Yi stopped because he saw, ahead of him, waves of ominous Yin Qi flooding the skies, which likely signaled the Fox Clan had come seeking retribution.

While it would take time for the Demon Tribe’s communication methods to relay the news, the Fox Clan could have used techniques similar to the Soul Lamp to know about their kin’s fate.

As he’d anticipated, dozens of Fox Demons flew out from the dense Yin Qi, encircling him. Leading them was the Tribulation Demon Patriarch of the Fox Clan, his face dark as he stared at Lin Yi.

“Fox Clan seniors, do you also engage in such acts of highway robbery? Here’s a Lower-grade Spirit Stone as my toll,” Lin Yi said as he took out a Lower-grade Spirit Stone from his Storage Bag and threw it over.

The Fox Demons watched the Spirit Stone fall from the sky and roll to the ground before them, their faces twisted with rage. It was a direct provocation and insult to their Fox Clan.
