An Extra’s Rise in an Eroge

Chapter 49 Academy

The next morning, Arthur woke up feeling refreshed and invigorated. After a quick shower, he dressed himself in an exquisite outfit, admiring his reflection in the mirror. This single outfit cost more than his entire earnings on Earth.

Arthur was draped in a luxurious, deep midnight-blue tunic crafted from fine velvet, intricately embroidered with silver thread that resembled constellations scattered across the night sky. The tunic fit snugly over his broad shoulders, accentuating his powerful physique, and was secured by a silver belt adorned with sapphire gemstones. Beneath, he wore fitted black trousers with silver linings along the seams, tucked into tall, polished leather boots that exuded understated opulence. Draped over his shoulders was a rich, black cloak lined with silver silk, clasped with a brooch shaped like a shield and sword—an emblem of his noble house.

He made his way to the dining room, where Kaela and his maids were waiting—and they were breathtaking. Kaela was not in her usual wild attire; instead, she wore the luxurious outfit he had gifted her, and he couldn't help but congratulate himself on his excellent choice. She looked absolutely stunning.

Kaela wore a deep, crimson silk top that hugged her curves, with a neckline low enough to reveal an enticing glimpse of her ample cleavage. The fabric barely reached the underside of her chest, leaving her sculpted six-pack abs on full, mesmerizing display. Around her neck hung a necklace of sharp, wild tusks that rested just above her exposed collarbone, adding a fierce, primal edge to her look.

Her bottom half was clad in sleek, dark leather, hugging her hips and stopping just above her knees, highlighting the powerful contours of her bronze-toned thighs. The waistband dipped low at the back to accommodate her tail, revealing a daring hint of her firm curves. Her dark, loose hair cascaded down her back, framing her fierce expression and adding to her raw, captivating allure.

His maids were also dressed in outfits that differed from their usual uniforms, as they weren't in Ludwig Manor. Arthur wanted to treat them, so he'd purchased dresses for each of them. Although they'd initially hesitated—since each dress cost more than a year's salary—they eventually relented at his insistence.

Lily wore a fitted, burgundy gown that emphasized every curve. The fabric clung to her waist and flowed down to her ankles, with a high slit along one side to allow for ease of movement. The bodice was low-cut, drawing attention to her ample bust, adorned with delicate lace details around the edges. Her shoulders and collarbones were bare, and a polished onyx choker graced her neck, adding an air of sensuality. Around her waist was a leather corset with gold filigree, further enhancing her hourglass shape. The deep color of her dress contrasted beautifully with her warm brown skin, exuding both elegance and allure.

Lira and Lyra, the twin maids, wore matching, elegant outfits in pale silver-blue. The dresses had modest cuts that still accentuated their delicate figures, with high collars and fitted waists. A delicate ribbon was tied at the back, emphasizing their petite statures, and their skirts flowed just past their knees, allowing them to move gracefully. Their bodices featured subtle lacework with tiny pearl accents, adding a touch of refinement. Each twin wore a simple white lace headband in her sleek black hair, which was neatly tied back, while modest silver anklets jingled softly with each step.

Lily chuckled softly, snapping her fingers to draw Arthur out of his reverie.

"Snap!" She smirked, raising an eyebrow. "How do we look, young master?"

"Stunning," Arthur replied with a sly grin. "If it weren't for the entrance exam, I'd have already fucked in that dress."

Lily's cheeks flushed, and she stammered, "Master! There are people here…"

Arthur glanced around and noticed a few maids preparing breakfast, wide-eyed and startled by his casual boldness.

'Ah, I forgot. I'm not in Ludwig Manor,' he thought, realizing that these maids weren't accustomed to his reputation. He turned to Kaela, who was blushing furiously, staring pointedly at the ceiling in an attempt to feign ignorance. Lira and Lyra, however, were smirking at Lily's embarrassment.

"Ah~ Hurry up and eat. We'll be late for the academy if we don't get going," he said, attempting to change the subject.

The group took the hint and began breakfast without further mention of the earlier comment. After they finished, they walked out to the waiting carriage in comfortable silence.

Once on the road, Kaela's excitement spilled over. She chattered eagerly about joining the academy, making new friends, and learning new skills, her enthusiasm filling the space. Before they knew it, they arrived at the academy's perimeter. The grounds were bustling with candidates, a long line forming at the entrance as staff checked admission forms before letting students in.

As Arthur stepped out of the car, all eyes turned toward him, captivated by the unmistakable aura of prestige he exuded—amplified by the four stunning beauties at his side. Candidates and onlookers alike stared in awe, whispers spreading like wildfire through the crowd.

Kaela's gaze drifted to the long line snaking toward the entrance gate, and she grimaced. "Arthur… do we really have to wait in that line?" She gave a slight pout, her fingers fidgeting nervously.

Arthur chuckled, patting her shoulder reassuringly. "No, we don't. Nobles have certain privileges, you know."

Kaela sighed in relief. "Thank the gods. I don't think I could have stood still in that for long."

As they moved toward the entrance, the crowd grew louder, murmurs rippling through it. "Is that… the Ludwig crest on his chest?" a boy whispered to his friend, his tone tinged with admiration and envy. "That's the rumored genius of the Ludwig family, right?"

The girls in the crowd seemed utterly mesmerized, their eyes fixed on Arthur's every step. A few leaned forward, their hands clasped in front of them, shoulders pushed together in a silent bid for his attention.

The male candidates exchanged irritated glances, some even shooting Arthur thinly veiled glares as though he had become their love rival. Arthur caught some of their looks and let out a faint, awkward laugh.

"Hey, it's not my fault I look this good," he muttered, half to himself, brushing off the stares.

Lily, walking beside him, nudged his arm with a smirk. "Look, young master, those ladies are practically undressing you with their eyes. I'd wager that if you said the word, they'd strip and spread their legs for you right here."n/o/vel/b//in dot c//om

Arthur smirked, letting his eyes wander over the admiring crowd before glancing back at Lily with a playful, cocky grin. "What can I say? I am pretty damn handsome." He paused, meeting her gaze with a mischievous glint. "And don't forget—you did the same."

Lily's cheeks flushed, and she fell silent, looking away with a small, embarrassed smile.

As they neared the gate, the academy staff took note, and one of the guards, recognizing the Ludwig crest, quickly stepped aside with a respectful nod. When they hesitated briefly at his maids, Arthur clarified their status as his attendants, and they were promptly allowed through. Kaela produced a golden token engraved with a fierce wolf's head—the official crest of the Wolf Tribe—earning her entrance as well.

As they stepped onto the academy grounds, Arthur found himself momentarily entranced by the grandeur of the place, the towering spires, the intricate architecture, and the aura of history that hung heavy in the air.
